Place Your Apartment. We would like to assist landlords to rent out apartments (or a room) for short-term/ long-term period at our site. Please fill out the given form with the description of your apartment and send your photos to our e-mail (see it at the bottom of the page).

Arrange a Metting. After you send the form with the description of your apartment, KIEVRENT representative will contact you to arrange a meeting and check apartment condition.

Compliance with Our Standards. Your apartment will be added to our database, if it complies with our requirements: quality, fair price, good location, landlord's honesty.

Rent your Apartment. Once the apartment is added to our database, it will appear in the automated search engine and will be placed at our site in 1 day. When we receive e-mail requests for your apartment, we will contact you to find out reservation availability for required dates.

NO FEES! There's no service charge for placing your apartment. We don't ask for exclusive rights to market your property! You can still take your personal bookings together with our bookings.

LONG TERM LEASE / PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

By renting your property for a long term Kiev Rent bears full responsibility for paying rent in equal monthly installments until the end of the lease agreement. The lease agreement is made and entered by and between, the client, the Lessor, and Kiev Rent, the Lessee.
Kiev Rent is solely responsible for property management, sub-letting, maintenance and repairs of your premises.
Kiev Rent bears full responsibility for arranging for and payment of all the utilities, including electric, water, sewer and gas. Kiev Rent agrees to keep and maintain the premises and appurtenances in good and sanitary condition and repair/fix the damage during the term of agreement at its sole expense. The property condition is guaranteed to be met by the Lessor at the end of the lease term.

All monthly rents will be made payable to the Lessor by the specific date and time at Kiev Rent office. For clients, located overseas, the payments shall be deposited directly to the Lessor's bank account.
